Risk and how to beat it.

--

As Gwen Stefani once sang “what ya waiting for?”… I’m asking you the question right now…

What are you waiting for?

For it to feel good?
For it to be sensible?
For it to make sense?

I hear ya. It’s scary to jump in and do something you’ve never done before.

Especially in business.

But here’s the thing.

In business, you MUST take risks.

A risk to be right, a risk to be wrong, a risk to SURRENDER.

Everything in life is about surrendering control whilst knowing yourself.

Knowing yourself is the one thing you can control and the world can go to hell because you have the inner strength.

When I hear “I’m not sure, tell me more” from peeps who want to work with me, they’re asking me to make them safe.

I get that.

Everyone needs a protector, a guardian angel or a mother figure to make them feel ok.

BUT my response is this… “HOW SAFE ARE YOU IN YOURSELF?”

How well do you know yourself?

Can you fight out of a situation when it goes wrong, can you surrender to the process, can you believe in yourself enough?

If you are looking for certainty then I can offer you this…

💥Have faith in yourself to figure it out no matter what and you’ll have that certainty.💥

Playing safe with everything BUT putting an offer out there isn’t business.

It’s playing at business. It’s getting likes on IG for ZERO reason.

Anyone can do that. Why? Cos it’s easy.

All you’re doing is protecting yourself from the inevitable… RISK.

The risk that you’re wrong, you failed, you lost money, you look a fool.

LIFE is risky, add in another layer of business and you’re gonna have to step up.

Like REALLY step up.

I did… I risked it all to move to Malaga, leave my Boy at home (and my cat!), dumped a business that wasn’t working, took a risk to go back into something I said I’d never do again and you know what?!?!

I FIGURED IT OUT.

I took a risk because I KNEW MYSELF.

We’re all looking for some kinda certainty but nothing in life is certain.

Believe in yourself… what ya waiting for?
