Knowing that you need all four means that you protect your time, energy, vibe and VALUE.

Your value is your mastery, and you get to be PAID for your mastery, right?!

Boundaries are voicing how you want to be treated in life and how you want your life to be.

In Human Design, your throat centre is your MANIFESTATION CENTRE so stating your boundaries is how you MANIFEST the life (and business) you want.

PHYSICAL

When we don’t set physical boundaries, we have our time and space taken from us.

- Turn your phone off — Explain you will be unavailable for 2 hours and stick to it!

- Have working hours — Let everyone know (team, clients, contractors etc.) that you finish at a specific time.
