Ok, a dose of realness for you about burnout.
You may not feel like you’re burning out, but it’s showing up in subtle and sneaky ways.
- You’re knackered at the end of the working day. Not once in a while but Every. Damn. Day.
- The weekend is an excuse to sleep in and catch up on your sleep and emails instead of loving your time off with your family/partner.
- You may be medicating with sleeping aids, CBD, alcohol and numbing out with Netflix. “They’re just gummies…”
Here’s the thing.
Burnout isn’t just being physically tired.
It’s being exhausted from doing things out of alignment for YOU.

In another life, I worked in corporate. The first few years were incredible. I was in my zone of genius. In the last year of my job, I was miserable and burning out. I did the same role, but my daily work changed drastically. I was massively out of alignment, so I moon-walked out of there. (A story for another time.)
So back to you…
