Women (and *diverse humans) are gonna change the world. FACT.
How do I know?
Cos we need something different to what we have right now.
We need different views, opinions, realities because we’re fucked if we think we can keep going the way we are right now.
My inner eco warrior and empath is screaming at me cos of the shit we’ve done to the world and the humans in it.
- We need more diverse leaders.
- We need more compassion and empathy in leadership (all humans).
- We need more **women in business with power, money and influence.
I created The GW because I give a shit about the world and the humans who live in it.
Women coming together to champion and cheerlead each other to build the conscious businesses of the future.
To make money to support those businesses, themselves, their communities and their families.
To use the power to change things for the better.
To influence decisions in the home, in the community, in the world.
If you are a woman in business, you have a mission to create a ruckus and change the world for the better then join us.
Joining The GW is a vote for a brighter future with women and diversity front and centre in creating a better world.
* I’ve yet to come up with a better term so forgive me. Minority is a shitty term to use so “diverse” is the best I have. Educate me if there’s a better word.
** Women can and are opening doors for others. When we get our foot in the door, you’re damn sure we’ll be inviting others in.
And while we at it, men, you have your own struggles. I see you. I’m not blind to what’s going on for you too but let’s keep this for the ones who identify with this post, not make it them vs us. We ALL need to pull together cos we’re fucked if we don’t.
